Parkhotel Richmond is located in a quiet part of Karlovy Vary by the banks of the Teplá River. It is surrounded by a stylish English garden which also features an original Japanese meditation garden and a picturesque pavilion with its own thermal water spring called Štěpánka. The history of Parkhotel Richmond dates back more than 170 years.

At Parkhotel Richmond, you may find a modern swimming pool and wellness centre. The swimming pool centre includes a 12.5×6.5 m pool with water temperature of 29 degrees Celsius, a whirlpool, Kneipp's footwalk, a shared steam sauna, and a small pool with thermal water. At the wellness centre, which directly adjoins the swimming pool centre, you may find two Finnish saunas, one for men and the other for women, a shared herbal sauna and a salt tepidarium, an ice well, and an infrabench. Admission to the swimming pool and wellness centre is free for hotel guests with any type of purchased stay.

The hotel’s room capacity is 124 guest rooms, each guest room is equipped with a satellite television, a telephone, a refrigerator and a safe deposit box. All bathrooms have a hair dryer and a scale. Each guest is provided with a complimentary bathrobe for the duration of their stay.
